Now as far as question #13 goes. I thought Neelix's recipe for chadre'kab soup was a given. I was looking for the other 3 items to be listed. But I failed to specify so Neelix's soup so it will now count as a correct answer.

I have decided to leave the quiz up for another day. We still have a couple of stragglers that haven't had a chance to take it yet. I will post results tomorrow morning (Friday).
