What's a think thread? I've seen a thunk thread, but never a think thread....? Yes.....my wife has checked it out....she thinks it's pretty entertaining....especially the photos of my butt.
"One little typo..."
You are such a brat!
I guess I'd better check out the "Think" thread again if there are pictures of your butt....
Have you ever worked with or even heard of Yeun Wo-Ping? he is the fight coordinator for the Matrix movies
from previous post: yeah nice shirt !!
thank you
Yes, of course I have. If you read Jackie Chan's auto-biography, you can find him in the childhood training Opera school which Jackie lived at. I believe he is now directing more then anything these days.....
I got a little lost but have found my way back here Got distracted with Arabic courses (as you do lol), moving out of our house for building work to start, not to mention the wonderful addiction of facebook lol.
Bambam, thanks - I'll look forward to seeing the episode - of course now I'm intrigued as to what is in store *tries to recall which episode number 3 was*
I've probably missed a load of posts, but how was the Vancouver Con? Any funny tales to tell? I hope you make it there next year - I just bought a ticket
As for the little green spandex number....I'm at a loss for words
The Con was nothing short of a ball of fun!!.....Everyone was fantastic to meet and to see again....it's like seeing family you haven't seen for years..Thanx again everyone, for the good time!!

Sounds fantastic! I'll look forward to being there in 2009 - never been to Vancouver or a Vancouver Con, so it should be a giggle. Bit early to ask now seeing as it's a year off, but nearer the time I'll be asking advice about Van
I love that you guys have such a great time & are so open with the fans. It makes it so much more special for us too. One big family - nice
I haven't got a question at the moment, so I guess I'll just have to leave that as a comment
Uh....no.....LOL!! And there was no almost falling onto glass from the window......If you are referring to the big explosion where she flew backwards on a wire, then........incorrect. She was held suspended in the air, nowhere near the glass fragments.....if you are referring to something else....then what is it you mean?
yeah that was what i meant. Sorry if i wasn't really clear.
Lose it... It means go crazy, nuts, insane, bonzo, no longer in possession of ones faculties, three fries short of a Happy Meal, wacko!
Nope...that was Jeff Robinson.....I was the one in the dark room fighting Ronon.....and the one shooting at Ronon in the warehouse gun fight.....
Wait - you were...Goggle Boy??! We love Goggle Boy... (Or did you only do the dark room fight, with another actor playing the character above ground? I thought the same actor as Goggle Boy was the one in the Travelers fight scene with Larrin. Whoever it was, loved that little foot-flip he did on her...it was bloody cool! But then he died. )
Unfortunately, the poor devil in the warehouse gun fight didn't fair much better, either. Ya know - one thing the Wraith are NOT good at is ducking... (or looking up... )
But back to the dark room fight with Ronon - LOVE that scene! Wraith hand-to-hand fighting scenes are very striking to watch - the flow of their hair and those long coats are a feast for the eyes (Steve's fight scene with Teyla in Suspicion, for instance), but it also enhances the fighter's moves, making the audience feel like we're getting more bang for the buck in those all-too-short fight scenes. Is it all choreographed with such movements (hair/coat, etc) in mind to get the most out of the scene? I wish there was more fighting, and less shooting, especially with the Wraith supposedly being such skilled fighters, and especially with guys like you on the team who can do it all so well!
Thanks again for answering my question. I'm just trying to keep all the men behind the Wraith make-up straight in my head, just so I don't credit the wrong actors for the work done. You've all been great - and we really appreciate how you've brought these characters to life for us. Great job all around!
(for the record, I don't write fan fic or pose action figures in compromising positions. I prefer the more...erm...intellectual...side to the Wraith. And the hair...can't forget the hair... )

Do you ever green anyone? I think it would be awesome to get a positive rep point from someone like you. No, that wasn't a shameless hint. Unless you wanted to, I mean. Honest, it was really just a question... really...um...yes...well...heh....
