what does it mean when my mouse pointer keeps disappearing when i stop moving it? and can i fix this?

if it's just on GW it might be a ad interfering with it. the animated ads do that to me sometimes.

i have an optical mouse.

it doesn't do it constantly, but enough that i'm ing about it. i changed the color to black (i was just trying to change something to mix up the mouse's wee little brain), and it's stopped. for now.

does anyone know of a site to d/l pink pointers?

Have you done a virus / malware scan .. Could be a program interfering with your mouse drives.

Alternatively unplug mouse and try a different USB port....... Also you do have to clean optical mice. The two red lights underneath can collect dirt and dust.
