No more public then Rush. And furthermore their have been 4 missions. Not a lot of chance to rotate offworld trips
And the only civs that have any reason to be offworld are the Scientists... so not a lot of option to get her there.
Telford had nothing to do with threating Young's leadership. It was purely personal.
Personal or Business - doesn't matter the same rule applies.
Because he was so serious about that
We don't know he wasn't. His actions since kind of lend credence to the fact that he was serious.

Depends purely on the situation. I could of seen a rational of having Wray going off worlld with the Justice planet in the event they opened the alien ship, Could be benefical to have a diplomatic figure and Wray is about as close you get

No it doesn't, because the reasons were exactly the same. The person in question threatened something her believed is his/himself so he took justice into his own hands and dealt with it.
The fact that he does it in his personal life and his work life just speaks for his character.

I don't take the Wray thing seriously. Its a point to show that everyone should have a fair chance to be in the lottery.
No, it was Young asserting his power saying "if you don't like it, I can take away your chance at survival." He didn't like being challenged, even though it was warranted.
