I actually think so, but in the opposite way. I think he looked older in Law and Order and now in SGU than in Hate Crime. It might have been the longer, highlighted hair

I forgot about L&O, I do think that he looks at his oldest there, bu i think he looks younger in the SGU promos than he dose in HC. The youngest he looks in that image GW used for his interview.

I initially thought this, but I have revised my views when it comes to celebrities (especially of shows I like ). There are interesting insights and stuff that come out of twitter posts from the SGU cast that currently use it
