okay, after water i'm gonna change my position back; i don't think he's an addict, i think he's the type to like sex, want sex, but his beliefs are shrouding his decisions, and so he has these sexual relationships first and then tries to make a real relationship to lessen his guilt. afterall, from his Catholic pov, if he tried and it doesn't work out he's not really at fault, is he?
he was pretty cool in this ep, encoraging young to go off to save the day, but again, Eli was left alone and he got into trouble! *sigh* i thought they were making headway
