Sorry to hear abour your E, I have been bad at maths, too, I know how hard it is.
But about your tutor, have you thought about trying with another? Maybe another one can explain things better, at least better for you. I'm helping some kids with English, and they all had an E before, and now they have a C or better. And I'm not a professional.
