Amanda? SciFi Promo Flub

I am sure this was just a simple mistake. In Star Wars Episode 4 A New Hope instead of saying Leia Luke calls Leia by her real name Carrie & they kept it in. I think as usual all of you are overreacting to this.

Star Wars: A New Hope aired in the '70s.

Anyone got a more recent example of someone laying out time and budget dollars to sell viewers on an episode, and then screwing up the advertisement?

The Sci Fi channel's promotion for tonight's episode marks the first time I've ever witnessed a commercial confusing the name of the actor with the name of the character. It's absolutely hilarious!

They just ran the promo again for tonight's episode and it still has the Amanda flub. So they haven't taken all the bad ones off the air. So sad!

They have now. The promo for the ep right after heros has the voice over guy saying Samantha. They fixed it just in time.

They fixed it back to Samantha and then played it before the episode aired as Amanda again. What the flip!

It's not like they called her "Captain Janeway" or anything...it's just a simple mistake.
