I am from Cairns (Far North Queensland)
I am finding it funny being here as I have read about 10 pages of posts and they are saying goodnight but the post time is 11.30am.
Having fun though I have about 100 people to say thankyou for the welcome.

Oooh Cairns huh? Don't think I'll ever get that far north...I don't like the tropical weather up there...but hey...I've heard it gets...really hot and sticky up there....someones gotta love that...just..not me!!!
You'll find it's gonna be pretty weird trying to chat to most of the shippers coz they're off to bed when we get up...but there's always a few that stay up really really late...and there's always the other aussies..and maybe a kiwi or two!!

Morning Eve!! The Cost of Honor is a great story...I'd recommend it for sure...as for the 116 pages...never gonna have the time to catch up on all that...did I miss anything??
As for the holiday...awesome...but not in any hurry to go away again soon...I got a lot of sleep to catch up on!!

This was posted on the Sam's a great character thread. It's about SG1 future. This is in it: Pretty much all the cast members told us that, while nothing's definite yet, it sounds like there will be several Stargate TV movies produced after the series ends.

So, what does everybody think, are TV movies good for the ship?

i 'think' it'll be good for ship. why i feel this is because the ptb will want (maybe have to) write the most popular of storylines, if they want the fans to buy the dvd(s). sam/jack ship is very popular, so.... + = $$$$$



to ptb - if you're reading this: you show ship between sam and jack, we'll buy the dvd movie. (if you make a separate disk with just the many takes of the 'grace' kiss... you'll make a LOT of $. )
