Hey Ship Family,

Wow! Its quiet around GW today, hope everyone's OK


My answer: NO!!!! Resolution would not stop me watching, S/J Ship resolution would just enhance my viewing pleasure to another level

My answer is also No. A) You could look back and relieve how they got there and B) You could watch from that point on with delight in the fact that it happened. Looking for little hints and subtle looks at what happens next.

It's taken me a while to reply to this but also i would have to say HECK NO!!! We've all spent so long thinking about, talking about and watching this ship that I don't think any of us would stop watching just because we got some resolution. If anything it would make it better because, as wendy says looking for hints and clues at whats happening between them is part of the fun! (i.e. the subtle hand touch in moebius, wedding scene (and subsequent 'looks') in 200 and the shoulder touching in The Shroud).

Thanks guys Glad you like. It's funny how a wallpaper never turns out how I expected it to lol, I just do stuff till it looks good. And nope I don't scrapbook, I really am not creative at all. Only with the computer.

A few days ago I was watching a show

about Jerry Herman, who wrote the songs for Mame, Hello Dolly, and LaCage aux Folles (sp.). He wrote some other musicals, too, which I never heard of, one being Mack and Mabel. It's about Mack Sennett and Mable Normand of silent films. Anyway, Herman played and sang a song from the musical, and he commented on Mack's difficulty in expressing and showing his love for Mabel. The words reminded me of Jack and Sam's problems and the belief expressed here sometimes that he thought he wasn't right for her. They don't fit exactly, of course,

but here's
I WONT SEND ROSES

I won't send roses, or hold the door
I won't remember which dress you wore.
My heart is too much in control
The lack of romance in my soul
Will turn you grey, kid, so stay away kid.
Forget my shoulder when you're in need

(That was Pete's mantra, maybe or does it somehow apply to Sam and Jack's thoughts at times in their lives )

Uh, we're looking at it sir.
That?! That's smaller than my driveway! And its dirt! We're gonna get FOD in the engines! And those trees are obviously in the clear zone. And they couldn't set up some lights and markers? Who the heck gave the green light on this?!?! Where's the airfield manager?!
There is no airfield manager. Sir, the Civil Engineers only had a week to get this ready for us. The runway is plenty long for the F-302 and FOD shouldn't be a problem, these aren't jet engines. Also it's daylight so we shouldn't need lights.
A week! That's plenty of time to clear all these trees and move all the debris and compact the soil and... okay I see your point. So, shall we launch?
