ok i have finally caught up with every thing and shall post to keep us ahead, i noticed in the caps from broca divide that the kiss seems rather ......how should i say this..... restrained! (ducks down)

I mean that it looks like the lips were firmly closed to each other ie no open mouth, this is probably due to the fact that it was new working with each other as we can see in future eps that they have no problem at all kissing each other which makes us love the scenes all the more, broca divides kiss is my least favourite kiss

I would say that was more because there weren't any romantic feelings involved. It was purely animal instinct and kissing was more a prelude to what she really wanted. It was just about reproducing; nothing more, nothing less. And it had to go fast because she was wild. I think the kiss did them justice when you look at the ep in general.

I've just re-watched the 'Grace' kiss and it was pretty poor quality but I'm sure we got tongues then.

Plus, I heard somewhere that some actors have a rule of 'no tongues' during love scenes (unless you ask first or know the person really well) so maybe that was it.

Hmmm... it was animal instinct on Sam's part but i think that it was quite a significant scene for Jack. His reaction was a classic Freudian slip, it proved he obviously wanted her in some way that was more than just purely physical. I wouldn't go so far as to say it was necessarily love at that point but it was definitely *something*. It also proves that Jack is a closet romantic IMO.

I think they did one version with a REAL S/J LBHK (no alternates or hallucinations - don't ask me how that would've worked, they'd have had to re-write the whole episode with Jack on board or something!) and one version without a kiss and then finally decided to go for a middle ground.

I love it... omg it is really nice... yeah well At as replicarter is just nice

and well the kiss of braca divide I like cause you can see that JAck really want to kiss her but than starts to reason and doesn't want to kiss her anymore.
sam is instincts but still she also could have kissed Teal'c or Daniel but no... she choose Jack so that means that she really likes him... but that we knew already

LMAO i have been hearing this one and have been wanting to use this but i dont think i can i just downloaded it and i am coming up blank the same with one damn my muse is broken i am one of those people that can make a vid in an evening if i have my muse working but it can take forever to get an idea!!!
