I think I'm agree even without buying the book. To include almost all ships and not to make you feel wanting about yours, well that's really an achievement. So kudos to them. And ita on the bit about Daniel's reaction.

I had some thoughts about RA too. Most of the Vala variations I read for RA only had ONE Vala. What about multiply Vala's...like we had multiple Sams and Multiple Cams.
MY favourite variation was a resident of Earth named Valerie Malden who was part of the SGC's archeology department in her reality...Dr. Jackson was killed on Abydos and is only remembered for opening the 'gate. Her office space in her reality is the same as Daniel's in his.

you won't find much about C/V in 1908. There are a few paragraphs...explaining how/why they ended up together. Then I think maybe a chapter from the 1920s explaining about the picture that Daniel and Jack see in the newspaper, and then something that leads into how they end up in New York in the 40s leading very altered lives.
