I haven't been around much because...well, not sure actually lol. Spent most of this evening catching up on the thread I have to say, I love all the picspam! Is there such a thing as too much picspam? (Some people may say yes lol). A big welcome to the newbies. Take a seat, have a chair, and enjoy all the S/Jness

Now, for my excitement: I bought my ticket last night for Emerald City Comicon! Can't wait to see Michael Shanks and Lexa Doig, but I'm afraid I miss Paul McGillion. I'm only going for one day, it's probably a 4 hour drive, and I have a stop to make on the way home that'll last awhile.
This is my first con, so any advice/tips would be greatly appreciated. Is anyone else going to be there?

Oh and I wouldn't accept an animation series as canon/continuation, seeing as how they can't even get Sam's face right and most of the shippiness is done with their eyes and facial expressions.

I would so go to a sci fi convention... It would give me an excuse to spend $500 on an SG-1 costume. I want one, but can't fathom ever having a chance to wear it. Wearing it around the house I think would take me to an entirely new level of crazy.
