LOL your where not the only one who hugged her ^^. Was both days on FACTS and i loved it. It was my first time to to meet her and it was great ^^.

Here's a funny tale I have to tell. It involves a picture of myself and Teryl.
I use the picture as my header on my Facebook page. (It's the one I have posted in a folder here on Gateworld) And someone how is now a good friend said...
"That woman in your picture. The one with you in a Lab Coat. She looks just like Teryl Rothery...!"
When I told them it was Teryl they were very surprised.

I was too shy to say anything at all plus I had the misfortune that someone Teryl knew was standing behind me in line, holding his photograph with her and the person who was with her, and she wanted a copy of that picture. So instead of interacting with me, the person who was trying to form a decent string of words together, her attention was elsewhere...

And then again during the photoshoot, she left me standing to talk to her companion... much to the photographer's hilarity. I know him and thus we joked around for a bit... but again, this I'm not sure left me with a happy feeling.

In any case, she does seem like a classy lady so no particular hard feelings on my part. My photo with her looks good - she was wearing high heels meant she wasn't as tiny as she would have been standing next to me. Heck, even James Callis was shorter than me (now that was a surprise ).

I was also blubbering and not making sense but she really tried to make me feel at ease (stroking my back helped .. NOT ). I guess it just was unlucky timing for you
