In 'Chimera', Osiris was beaming into Daniel's beroom every night and probing his mind to find the location of the Lost City. SG1 figured out what was going on and was able to capture Osirus. And I believe, with the help of the Tok'ra, was able to remove 'Osirus' from Sara.
