OT-

Today I attended my Goddaughter's ballet recital for charity, her class danced very well to a song. She's 5 and I'm proud she did this for charity.

this disconnect between upper management and workers....that's something AT and co have avoided iwth Sanctuary. They don't put forth the us vs them attitude, rather a we attitude. which is another thing that makes her such an easy person to be a fan of.

i love the we attitude that team sanctuary have developed for their working environment... it is definately one of the many things that makes me a fan of AT...

It's great to see that Sanctuary got such a great work environment, makes me personally like to watch the show a lot more. I like to watch something that's made with love and people that are dedicated and have fun while working.
Also makes me love Amanda more of course. I love to see how she found her "role" as an executive producer which is new to her. She seems to be greatly respected, but also approachable and on the same level as everyone else.

the sanctuary work environment defiantely seems like an enjoyable one... and i agree, it makes me enjoy the show even more! i love that the show is made with love, heart and respect... its a breathe of fresh air and for me makes sanctuary all the more enjoyable to watch...

It seems like the "big 3" of DK, AT & MW make a lot of the creative decisions. Certainly they don't always agree (which is healthy). In those cases I wonder if they vote? try to come to a consensus? if DK has the final say as show creator? (then of course the network factors in too)
I wonder if AT would answer such a question--probably she'd have some diplomatic answer...
