My friend's daughter made us watch The Quest after her hamster died. She looked at us with huge puppy dog eyes (because we actually wanted to watch Continuum) and she sorta went, "But it has dragons and Vala nearly getting killed and Sam punching Ba'al.... it's like the best episode EVER." She was trained from an early age.

We were talking about Birthright on another thread. She was the one to talk to Ishta and her people initially. Sure it was because she was a woman, but do you also think it showed her leadership skills even if she wasn't in command? Are there other examples you can think of where we see Sam's leadership skills even when she's not in charge?

Foothold and 2010 come to mind. I think that's why they're 2 of my favorite episodes.
