My team won the league!!

I'm absolutely devestated that I wasn't there. Honest to God, I was sitting on the bus on the way home from work with tears in my eyes. (Yes, okay I'm slightly unstable. That's not the point.)

You know, I'd have no problem with DDL making an appearance in the Pegasus galaxy, but I'd hate to see Pete there.

I wonder, if S&J were to retire offworld, would they consider Atlantis? Or the mainland? (Have they given the planet a name?)

Atlantica! Oh, wait, they're not letting Ford name anything.

I would have a problem with DDL in Atlantis, if only because in interviews he doesn't seem to think he could do anything but Pete. And from what I've seen of him, he isn't a very good actor. He's painfully self-aware in most everything.

I don't think I could see Jack and Sam retiring in Atlantis. If they leave Earth, it'll be for some planet on the edge of nowhere where they can have a well-deserved respite from war.

It's just that time of the year when we are thinking about turkeys.....plucking them, stuffing them, roasting them, carving them, shredding the leftovers, throwing out the carcass, and...and....*whew* I didn't know turkeys could inspire such passion.

urk ..I hope they won't ..I can't see them going to Atlantis ..it's a bit grim..and isn't the planet dangerous ..?!!

I think they should just retire on Earth at jack's cabin ..but go through the Stargate to a planet ( with no Go'aoulds threat) and experience the pleasure of living in the wild with no clothes on from time to time ....Au naturel .

I can see Jack loving that kind of life style ..and Sam !!..probaby too ..She looked quite good with her top tank in la broca divide and Jack thought so too.

Well you know what I think of this.We know they have feelings for each other.They know it.They are attracted to each other because they are each others forbidden fruits and they are trying to resist the temptation.So unless Jack leaves the Air Force they won't make their move and that sucks.I have just studyed my psychology so if it sounds a bit weird Goodnight shippers post a lot and have some cookies

I agree but IMHO 8 years saving the world is enough time and they deserve some peace and happiness. Maybe I've read too much fanfics but they could find a way to have Sam and Jack together and still working in the SGC.
I don't think the regs are the major obstacle for them being together now (in the earlier seasons for sure but not any more).
And I think Sam will have to make the first move. I mean, Jack believes she has moved on. And he won't put himself between her and her supposed happiness.
So if someone has to show to the other how he/she really feels, it must be Sam.

I believe that falls under the paragraph in the Geneva Convention about "cruel and unusual punishment to prisoners". So the wraith lucks out!
