My theory going about Citizen Joe

now that we know it's not a clip show is that it somehow involves someone who is lost out of time. It's been connected with Moebius which is clearly a time travel/alternate universe episode and I think that they may use Citizen Joe to set that up, so they don't have to spend that much time in Moebius explaining why they are doing what they are doing.
