I'll try and stick with PJOZ's format, though I'm still coming up with the missing info:

EDDM "Agincourt" Class Experimental Multi-role Destroyer (hope I got that right. reference: http://www.navweaps.com/index_tech/index_ships_list.htm

      Cost:
28 billion Euro (going by estimates on last page)

      Specs:
      Length: 275 m
      Width: 92.5 m
      Height: 39 m
      Speed: -

      Propulsion:
      Spoiler:
      Inertia-less Drive (Hatak-based)
2 Large Ion Engines (Multistage compression)
      Advanced Goa'uld Hyperdrive

      Power-plant:
      Spoiler:
Main Reactor: Mk III Capitol Naquadah Generator
Secondary Reactor: Mk II Capitol Naquadah Generator

      Shielding:
      Spoiler:
Mk II Advanced Hatak-based Shield (Dual Mode)

      Hull:
      Spoiler:
Titanium/Ceramic (Resistance = 40 Kt/m^2) - the ship also possesses a composite armour belt protecting the broadside flank of the launch bay.

      Sensors:
      Spoiler:
Multiple-frequency Radar Systems - the ship possess a number of radar systems in both the lower frequency bands and the higher x-bands. These systems are located predominantly in the antenna masts positioned on the ship's extreme axes. They are used for long distance search, surveillance and tracking.
Wide spectrum optical and terahertz targeting and tracking - the ships targeting systems are based predominantly on imaging in the optical, infrared and terahertz bands. This overcomes a number of jamming techniques and is less prone to blind spots created by large radiation sources like stars.
Local subspace surveillance (Earth technology-based) - inspired by alien technology but developed via a completely human approach, the subspace sensor is able to perform passive coherent location in subspace using ambient energy from subspace communications and hyperdrvies. Though the system has poor resolution, it can detect the presence and velocity vector of large vessels moving through hyper space within a 20 million km radius.

      Nav System:
      Spoiler:
Dedicated Cartography Cluster - In keeping with the ship's experimental nature, it has been designed to accommodate purely scientific observation and data capture. One of the key systems for realizing this goal, is the ship's powerful navigational computer cluster. This dedicated super computer transforms position relative to known quasars and autonomously performs additional mapping and alignment from the various areas in space the ship traverses. This provides a constantly updated bank of charting information allowing the ship track its location and chart courses through potentially hazardous or observationally obscured regions of normal space.

      ECM suite:
      Spoiler:
Short range active stealth - in keeping with the general combat philosophy realized in the ship's design, its ECM system employs heavy targeting disruption against enemies. While energy limitations prohibit completely stealth operation, the active stealth system is able to deploy adaptive modulation against EM frequencies below optical with reasonably wide bandwidths. This proves highly effective against missiles, ships/fighters at close range and attempted remote system hacks.
Holographic projectors to disrupt long range optical targeting - an experimental CM based on the holographic HUDs and view screens occurring in some Goa'uld systems. The system acts as a type of electronic smoke screen, rendering the ship somewhat opaque to long range optical systems, preventing accurate targeting of ship features. A minor lensing effect is also generated on the ships broadside flank. On a perpendicular aspect angle, this has zero effect, but on aspect angles off the normal, an apparent refraction is created which is proportional to the aspect angle. This creates a 10% chance that first fire volleys directed at the ship will miss. This CM has no effect at close range.
Broad-beam lasers to disrupt close range optical and thermal targeting - deployed against attacking fighters, this system emits a tracking laser with a dispersed beam intended to envelope an attacking fighter. This laser is not powerful enough to damage a ship's hull but it can potentially destroy sensitive optics. The system blinds an attacking optical and thermal targeting system in a manner analogous to shining a spotlight into a gunman's eyes. This system is highly effective against fighters and missiles. Due to power restrictions and the laser beam widths, this system only works within a range of 50 km and in a limited coverage pattern. Its effectiveness decreases as the size of the attacking platform increases and it can only a jam a maximum of 3 attacking ships simultaneously.
Adaptive radio system - the system will attempt to crack modulation and coding schemes of received radio transmissions. It can also be used to transmit false information or to attempt to invade and control an enemy computer system. Its flexible architecture also allows the same system to reconfigure itself to comm. with the wide range of communications standards used by Earth's allies.
Scuttle routine - a massively safeguard protected main ship computer routine which allows the ship to initiate a specific order of safety protocol overrides which will culminate in the overloading of either the main or secondary reactor, or both simultaneously, resulting in the destruction of the ship. This overloading process can be done manually (without the computer) but it would take 20 min longer. This routine will only work if the reactors are active and if they have sufficient fuel reserves to make the required explosion.

      Armament:
      Spoiler:
3 Dual mode anti-ship 'Longbow' plasma cannons mounted in 3 turrets - based on the Hatak orbital bombardment plasma cannons, the longbows allow the ship to engage targets at extreme range. The longbow has 2 modes. Burst and Lens.
Burst Mode - has the same range and fire profile as its parent. These powerful plasma bolts allow the ship to attack targets at great distance or on a planet's surface from orbit, delivering devastating firepower like Hataks would. The bolts are relatively slow moving and are most effective against stationary/constant velocity targets such as sites on a planet surface or satellites and space stations.
Lens Mode - fulfills the longbow's primary anti-ship role. Not as powerful as Burst mode, it does however sport a longer range and the ability to hit maneuvering targets. Upon firing, the cannon emits an EM wave plasma guide to the target. A stream of high speed plasma is then ejected into the guide and travels along it until striking the target. As the target maneuvers the cannon turret tracks it, keeping the guide trained on it and ensuring that the deadly plasma stream hits its mark and giving the fire pattern a beam-like appearance. Due to disruption of the guide at the point of contact, the cannon predominantly does thermal damage, which results in the damage inflicted being constant over the entirety of the weapon's range. Lens mode cannot be used in an atmosphere or to target an object within an atmosphere due to guide attenuation. This weapon is unique to the Agincourt destroyer, as the entire ship has been designed specifically to accommodate the weapon's complicated power consumption profile and coupled transients. When this mode is engaged, the ship loses much of its maneuverability and shield strength. Each 'beam' lasts 5 seconds and the cannons can fire 3 rounds per minute.
2 Dorsal launchers armed with either:
      - 2 Mk VI Nuclear Missiles
      - 2 Subspace Comm. and Surveillance Probe
40 short-mid range AA missiles launched from 8 lateral tubes (4 each side)
16 short range AA plasma cannons mounted in 8 turrets (4 upper port-starboard, 4 lower fore-aft) - dual fast firing, fast tracking plasma cannons used against missiles, fighters, and medium sized targets at close range. They provide almost complete coverage but are predominantly used to guard the ship's exposed aspect angles when its missile defense has failed. Each turret fires 600 rounds per minute up to a range of 50 km.

      Complement:
      Spoiler:
      1 Shuttle/Scout vessel

      Personnel:
      Spoiler:
Crew: 70 + Shuttle flight and maintenance crew
      Marines: 30

      Cargo:
      -

      Additional Features:
      Spoiler:
Cruiser and Battery power modes - in cruiser, 'longbow' cannons have conventional range and power, ship has full maneuvering. In battery mode, 'longbow' cannons have greatly enhanced range and a beam-like firing profile, ship has partial maneuvering power and asymmetrical shield strength. The 'longbow' cannons are derived from Hatak orbital bombardment plasma weapons.

Shaped hull - to mitigate kinetic weapon damage.

Enhanced lateral maneuvering power - makes up for limited power available in battery mode by allowing the ship to achieve high lateral velocity (90% of forward velocity in cruiser mode without ion drive assistance)

Multi-role pod dock - a load bearing dock on the forward 'keel'. Allows function pods to dock with the ship and extend its capabilities.

      Available Pods: (additional cost)
      - Cannon pod (two additional 'Longbow' cannons with azimuth only coverage turrets)
      - AA pod (32 additional vertically launched AA missiles)
      - Special Ops pod (contains accommodation and ops facilities for special ops soldiers. Can also be used to carry additional marines)
      - Support pod (contains cargo bay, salvage add-on and more advanced medical facility)
      - Science pod (contains a generic lab module which can be retrofitted depending on the research to be undertaken).

Aft launch bay - sealed via bay doors. Vacuum when doors are open. Runs lengthwise in the ship with vertical docks. Contains 1 shuttle/recon vessel bay and one empty salvage bay.

Refit or Emergency Reactor Hatch - Special hatch which allows for fast replacement of the main reactor or jettison in emergencies.

      1 Ring transporter
      1 Asgard transporter

      Usage Roles:
      Spoiler:
Fleet escort and fire support - provides backup for larger more direct capital ships, firing from range and eliminating immediate threats or engaging flagships.
Deep space, long term patrol and surveillance - able to travel by itself and remain on extended missions, this vessel carries sufficient stores to sustain its crew for long periods without resupply. To provide combat persistence, energy weapons were favored to allow the ship to remain in the combat zone for long periods even after sustained attacks.
First strike - Possessing the ability to direct devastating firepower against planetary targets independently makes this ship a powerful war deterrent, or simply a potent weapon in crushing the enemy's will to fight early in any conflict.
Deep strike - possessing a long stay ability allows this ship to travel to distant regions by unconventional paths avoiding general shipping routes or resupply lines and emerging in unexpected places, delivering its strike and disappearing not to be tracked again until weeks later.
Mission support (SF or peacekeeping) - the pod dock system allows this ship to perform a wide variety of roles and mission assistance from special forces to humanitarian work. It is able to bring specialized facilities to hard to reach places.
Sub system experimental platform - the pod dock system also allows the ship to act as either a test bed for experimental weapons, or simply to provide an environment in which to perform highly dangerous research which may place planets at risk.
Orbital Bombardment/Planetary Siege and Blockade - able to strike targets on a planet's surface, this ship can raze cities or impose sanctions upon worlds by warding off space contact independently.

I'll refine the details as I go.

we're still going with one planet = one city ?
most likely 1 city with suburbs. people will move in, form small towns. as more people come the holes start filling up, advanced infrastructure comes online and a city starts to form. there aren't sufficient people for hundreds of cities, although the Prime Planets will probably have 2-3

Fighter: $500 million if you want a hyperdrive on the fighter, $250 million if you don't
                  Gunship: $1 billion
                  Cruiser: $20 billion
Battlecruiser: $50 billion (that's including the same number of F302s as Daedalus, $43 billion without)
                  Battleship: $90 billion
                  something like that, yes.

i do not believe some of the smaller countries can support their own colony. i actually think a European Colony would be better.

So far I like it. Just 2 questions :

                      - those intragalactic/extragalactic hyperdrives are the one given by the Asgards or retrofitted from the Daedalus engines? maybe you should mention the time it needs to get from MW to Pegasus even though the Atlantis arc will not be explored in this fleet.

                      - it's cool to have a cloak on a gunship but is it really necessary? And does Earth even know how to cloak a (big) ship by 2012?

Oh and one last thing : Janet Fraiser was a medic. Not sure she would have appreciated having a gunship or any other kind of warship named after her. it's like having a USS Gandhi. That just seems wrong.

Before we start making specs, can we wait for the standardisation tables. I'm on a train at the moment but should be able to upload by 19:00BST cause I can see flaws in both specs.

Fighter: $500 million if you want a hyperdrive on the fighter, $250 million if you don't
                            Gunship: $1 billion
                            Cruiser: $20 billion
Battlecruiser: $50 billion (that's including the same number of F302s as Daedalus, $43 billion without)
                            Battleship: $90 billion
seems a bit much up there considering the dollar is not worth much with al lthe debt the USA has to China and some other countries. I can see the gunship costing less then USD 5 million. Since I based Project 210 off a normal huey helicopter from vietnam war as a gunship. Personally the smaller the better. (and also cheaper)

you can make a ship only so small before it has no use.

also, 5 million? an apache costs 4x that. the JSF costs 80 million.

Same thing of what you said about the Dragon Gunship, only backwards. Do we want these things to fit through the gates or not? that's mainly what I'm going for in terms of size. I can see the Admirals idea for a gunship though being more of an escort carrier rather then a drop/gunship

Basically when I say gunship, an assult gunboat from Star Wars comes to mind. it looks like a moving van in appearance, but hasd three wings, and carries troops/cargo, whatever you want inside and has light arment and serves as a troop vessel hyperspace capible fighter, and basic starfighter

I can see an Apache costing mroe then USD 5 mil these days modern times the dollar has fallen so freaking low even 1 million isn't enough! but backthen, where I'm getting my costs caculated from, Vietnam War era. things were cheaper, a Heuy cost at the very least USD 150K to 500K, fighter jets cost more because of what was required for them in terms of electronics.
