When it comes to the tiem you could cubmit it for cruiser votong but not the now. Does not seem to be very active in here and I can see it being a commong thing in here so unless you can spread the word to a few of you're friends I think that this fleet is going to die.

Its called a mega particle beam cannon.

its not a super weapon but it will do damage. no not like a staff weapon.

History:

After the events in April 2010 with the Kamikaze wraith Some of the smaller earth nations decided to build a new frigate class ship able of dodging and destroying the kamikaze wraith cruisers and other ships. After many designs were put forward the 306 was chosen. Although it lacked badly in defence using only a Goauld shield its rapid firing forward plasma cannons devastated cruisers 1 on 1 in simulations.

The ships other main offensive weapons are its 2, 250m coil guns. Specially designed to pierce wraith armour and detonate a small charge in side this does not just hive hull damage but severely damages the inside of the ship if the small charge explodes which must be said is no bigger then a C4 charge.

And finally the 306 is manufactured only in the Pegasus galaxy on Atlantica in the specially designed ship yard which is using specially designed to use limited beaming tech to help build the ships which are produces 2 per 4 months.

History-

After the Kamikaze Cruiser incident a number of the IOA member countrys voiced requests to build a new class of ship that was smaller, faster ships that had two thirds of the firepower of the DSC-304 before the death of the Asgard.

Britain, USA and the EU all drew up seperate plans for a frigate class of ship. The British designed the FR-310 Victory-Class ship.........

ok i have some info over the mega particle beam cannon.

The beam is made of positive nd negativly charged particles that cancel their charges out and shoot out of the barrel at very high speeds. This stream of heavy fast-moving particles, unlike a conventional charged-particle beam, cannot be deflected with magnetic fields. To create the mega particles, a cannon-toting vehicle must first gather particles from the vehicle's fusion reactor. The particles are collected in a device called an energy condenser, where they are compressed in a high-density I-field until they fuse into mega particles. The performance of the mega particle cannon is thus limited by the reactor's ability to produce Minovsky particles.

Sorry man It just doesn't sound very stargate maybe a bit later on in the fleet for a custom race but not at this early stage in thee fleet. And come on I want to see some stories getting done folks.
