One billion years ago......
In the planetary terraforming division headquarters of the first Ancient city, where it always rained, the CEO suddenly had a great idea! It was such an amazing idea, because he was the boss, and as a minion one would not want to be at the receiving end of a telekinetic tantrum, no one dared question it. Thus the terraforming template used for the next few millennia is unveiled with much pomp and ceremony.....
