I'm having a problem with Fanfiction downloader v.4.0.4 which is the latest version. Several weeks ago this program worked fine to download Sam and Jack fanficdotnet stories to my laptop. Today as I attempt to do the same with Annerb's stories, I get alot of nonsense. Anybody else having this issue? I went to Raimond's website to seek help but her help page is in German!!!

Here's an example of what I'm getting preceding each chapter and this is a fraction of the amount

I get that too but I just delete the crappy stuff and save the rest. I have no idea how to stop it. Technology is slowly becoming less technologically sound and more of a pain in the ass than it should be.

Three weeks ago I got xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx between chapters. No biggie. But, today it's lots and lots of gibberish. More editing now. Maybe I'll reload the old program if available. If I hear of anything that explains and/or corrects this glitch I will pass it on.

I'm looking for a fic where Sam goes on a date with a guy who is really possessive and after an argument, he dumps her on the side of the road and she has to hide in the bushes til Jack comes to her rescue. The guy drives up and down the road looking for her after he pulled a gun out on her so she stays hidden. When she sees Jacks headlights she asks him to flash them so she knows it's him and then he picks her up.
