The secrets on how to make artwork of the Sam/Jack ship family thread
Excellent job Lara, really well done seeing as you're only just starting out. You've done really well with the blending there So sorry you have lost all your earlier work though
Nice sig! Love the font. And I'm getting seriously jealous of all the icon making around here. By the way, the last one is definitely my favorite. Besides being a great Jack pic, you've managed to make it so nice and bright and clear.
Though I temporarily suffered from the Woohood strain (caught from Jumble) it now seems that I have a full blown case of the debilitating Wallpaper strain of the disease we all suffer from: Fanartitis. I really wish I could catch the icon strain Josiane is suffering from
I was tired of all this romance business and decided to go back to my first love - His Royal Hotness
Gorgeous, both this and the challenge one you did. And thanks for posting the textures too!
And LOL, icon strain is right I've hurt my hand slightly recently (I blame it on lugging heavy books around at work, but who knows), and it was actually aching quite badly when I finished last night But I still. couldn't. stop.
*sigh* And there I am reminded, that despite my recent bout of iconing and feeling I was finally getting to grips with them, I still have a lot to aspire to...
Fonts aren't program-specific, you install them on your machine in your fonts folder (in control panel) and then all your programs (including things like Word) should pick them up So they're dead easy to install, just download and copy the files into your fonts folder.

Great! But where's my fonts folder? Inside My Computer?

Go to your control panel (link in the start menu), and it should be in there. Just copy the files across from the folder you downloaded and they should install.
