I think a GW get together would be awesome. If people confirmed that they were going to be at the Cocktail party then maybe GW could have reserve and get their own table.

presuming all of us can get into the bar althouh i don't recall there being an issue with underage folks coming in, as long as they don't drink alcohol.

I'm not sure about the cocktail party for me, my friends and i usually bail and go out to dinner (after 3-4 years of standing around eating the same appetizers and buying the same slightly overpriced drinks, we figured we may as well go out and spend some quality time together...besides, the actors used to come to the cocktail party, but i don't think they do anymore. In fact, we usually shock the hotel folks by demanding chairs and tables so we can sit and talk It is scary, 400+ people grabbing chairs as soon as the staff can bring them out.)


One way to organize it, there should be a bulletin board in the hotel lobby. it's a place to post notices/notes, etc. where everyone can read them.

I say just pick a time and place. those that can make it, will, those that can't, won't.

Thursday afternoon works for me - but I'm not involved in any other activities apart from SP this year - no fan clubs etc - and I think some of them might be getting together then... ?
