Finally got another tattoo and after working on a design for a while I finished one I liked. I have always been an avid fan of Stargate and Egyptian mythology. Guy did a great job! Now I just have to decide on what nerd tattoo to do next lol. I already have an alien one as well.

I have a few egyptian symbols tattooed on me... so they're sort of Stargate related
* an ankh on my wrist
* eye of horus on my shoulder
* shen ring on my leg

I just came up with this when trying to decide what kind of SG tattoo I wanted...obviously the PoO symbol is ripped off, but other then that its mine. The left side text just says 'Asgard', the right side Goa'uld text says 'Tokra', and the Ancient text underneath says 'destiny'. I think this is what I'm going to get. I think it'll be a good tribute to the greatest show in the history of sci-fi. Opinions?

I just got my first tattoo done whilst on holiday in Phuket.
It is the 4 languages of the Great Alliance (Season 1, Episode 11, Torment of Tantalus). Each line translates in its language to 'We are the Ancients', "We are the Furlings', 'We are the Nox' and 'We are the Asgard'. Im contemplating a fifth line to represent the Fifth Race.


The last line looked out of place, but it's just the angle of the photo and my shoulder blade.

Hi everyone. It's been quite a while since I've posted anything on here, still lurk though. Im looking for some opinions and a little accuracy check. I want to get a stargate tattoo underneath an battlestar one that I already have. I want the addresses from earth, atlantis and destiny all side by side. I don't think you should do it.

The BSG tattoo looks great and I think it would be ruined by adding SG addresses with it, especially all three. Use your other arm for it, or get a single SG tattoo instead, like the Earth's point of origin.
