My pleasure. You can also use the 'attach files' feature on Gateworld when replying, it does roughly the same thing.
Hmmm, red's not a colour I associate with Wraith, so that's great!

Oh, and thank you to all the others who have noted the programs they use. This could be a lot of fun browing through them all to see what they can do.

Just do a web search on GIMP and you can't miss it.

I use both Coreldraw and Photoshop, both have their specialties. Coreldraw is great for blending/overlays while Photoshop is better for adding brushes/changing colors etc. I know quite a few people who use GIMP since it's free, but I've never used it.

I use Paint Shop Pro Photo - it's similiar to Photoshop but by Corel. ( I get along better with it than with PS - don't know why, it just fits better to me ) BTW your John-walli is great

I tried this feature but it isn't as convenient as thumbnails from PB.
Red came somehow natural because such was the lightning in this scene, I just strenghthened the effect a bit

Well i use Gimp it's a good program and i use it for all my artwork though it takes a little while to figure out how to use it.

If you are interested in trying out Gimp i can PM you the download link I'd post the link here but i don't know if that's allowed?
