I don't think Gabit ever announced there would be an AT6 next year. They said (via Twitter) they are planning one and speculation amongst many is that it might happen next year, but to say with certainty that it will happen would be leading others astray I think.

Your right, they have only implied there would be one next year. It is my total desire for it to happen that made if an absolute! Sorry about that.

It's cool. I think everyone wants a Gabit event of some kind next year and most are busy saving for it. I know I am.


ETA: D'oh. Just saw this.

Quick update on No. 1 Son - he went to work today and seems to be okay now. He has the emergency number for ENT just in case, but fingers crossed he may not need it.

you were at AT5, weren't you? they made the announcement that there would be an AT6 in 2012 on the screen by the stage. i don't think they actually verbally said anything, but that's what was on the screen towards the end of the event.

IN 2012? I don't remember a date being flashed up on the screen. Just that there would be an AT6. Sometime.

Well in a perfect world, I'd like TSE2 to be next year, and AT6 the year after. Just sayin'... of course, I'd also like to win a sizeable lotto so I can buy a house and pay off our debts and possibly pick up a vehicle more suited to road-tripping. Yes, Starflight is a person. Doesn't post here often but is a regular AT and TSE attendee. Very kind, thoughtful and generous lady.
