I agree, it was definitely a great episode IMO, can't wait to see what the rest are like.

The Shrine looks like one of those emotional character drama eps. How dare the writers write 3D characters. I hate it when people say Atlantis' characters are only 2D, it is an opinion I cannot digest very well.

yeah GitM finished the Weir arc and I think it's unlikely that we'll see her again but she might be mentioned in future eps that deal with the intel she uploaded

Given the tendency for people to escape ice worlds, time dilation fields and orbital bombardment in Stargate it's possible we'll see Weir again. Of course if TH continues to turn down opportunities to come back then I agree that it's still unlikely.

I'd say lets move on from the Weir story arc and lets get into something else bigger. Like say some new allies or enemies.

alltough i would of liked Weir to be recurring as a human-flesh and blood nanite ally. Sorta like a Jacob Carter or Bra'tac.

I know what you mean, 'The Shrine' does look like an interesting episode though.

I think their is a good chance MM will play Weir again but their is a slim to none chance TH will reappear as Weir

The only 2D character on Atlantis is Ronon. Seriously I wish he'd do more than just fight or get the crap beaten out of him.
