I'm sad Weir is Leaving but I Can't wait till S4, and Carter coming to Atlantis! I've said this a hundred times, but i'm happy that the person who is replacing Weir is Carter....

Yay! A place that I can frolic in the happy about Carter coming to SGA and not feel bad about it. I've always loved Sam even though I wasn't a huge SG1 fan *ducks*.

Sam to me was always the kind of woman I admire, she's smart, pretty, can defend herself, kind, and just a great person. After I got over the shock that TPTB really were going to make HUGE changes I started to realize all the ways that Sam coming to Atlantis is a WONDERFUL thing.

Sam is really the perfect choice of all choices. She's got the specific military experience to be the voice of reason and knowledge back at the base when the team is in a jam (which Weir could never be); she's got the scientific knowledge to oversee and be of help to all the research work going on in Atlantis; and at her rank, she is more than qualified to administrate a large group of people.

I'm really excited about the possibilites for season 4! I just wish it was months and months away!
