Maybe it could be a man vs nature thing (one of the episodes) off world. There is extreme weather - floods, blizzard, something - and they only have minimal supplies. Yeah, it'd be a filler ep but, I've always wondered if they'd do something like that. Earthquake! Although they did do a volcano ep.
