I always appreciate the ethical debates. In this case Teyla and Elizabeth siding against Ford and McKay about taking the ZPM from the kid planet.

I note that John and Carson didn't chime in on that debate.

And we get some Sheyla... John and Teyla were already making a plan to spy on the Wraith.

And Teyla was gorgeous in this episode.

She absolutly put John on the spot there with Orin (sp?). John looks a bit worried.

He was probably worried about making a promise to help these people and then not being able to. And this was said in front of his whole family. Talk about pressure.

He is a military man, and the mission comes first. It's probably best not to get attached to these people.

And I think the letters home was a index full idea. We get one in site to the private lives of the Expedition members. I even kinda liked Bates in this epiode.

You could tell she was disappointed about initially having to leave, but she seemed to accept it, when she started dialing the gate.
