Chuck is a very rich man if he's skimming the profits off the betting pools. Lord knows there was enough to bet on, between Sparky eyesex and McKay's propensity for blowing stuff up. And Radek's homemade swill, can't forget about that.

I know Chuck was running the betting on the Ronon vs. Teal'c fight in Midway, so I'd guess any fics dating from Season 4 on, but I don't recall any off hand.

I doubt there are any at all focusing on Chuck's betting pools, though you'll probably find it in fic which deals with the expedition as a whole and not focused on the primary characters (cause let's face it, secondaries belong in the rare fic group anyways).

Yeah, I think any fic that does have it is likely to be using it as more of a atmosphere/background type of reference for humor.
