I've noticed the pocket watch on her desk to, think it's been there from the beginning series, at least when ever you see her at her desk it has always been there. But there is no background about the pocket watch, at least not yet.Originally posted by KazanHi everyone

I have a quick question - does anyone know what the background is to the old fashioned silver pocket watch Elizabeth seems to have? I noticed for example on her desk in Hot Zone (by her computer) although I've a feeling its been seen at other times briefly too - can't recall exactly.
Anyway, just wondered if anyone knew if its its just one of those incidental props that has no significance at all.

now i know i dont want to make this into a "voyager=atlantis" thread, because it's more like deep space nine than voyager (especially if they ever open up regular contact to earth again, i am only ep 9), but it could be the same as Captn Janeways Tea Cup, some thing sentimental to remind her of home, maybe given by a family member or close friend.
