The Secondary Women of Atlantis Thread

Hi, back for a bit. I know I said two weeks but it's actually one week holiday and one week being busy, so not so much GW this week .

The thread is mainly for the female guest stars of Atlantis and some of our SG1 favourites. Generally, characters who haven't got their own GW thread. Some are more popular here than others (Falcon + Heightmeyer = Love ) but anyones welcome. I'm not going to yell for the mods over any Teyla/Weir posts but there's a better audience (and a lot more fans) for them on their own threads. This thread is more about the 'Forgotten Women' but apart from that we're pretty easy going.

If you notice, at the bottom right, the white female mission specialist's name is Lisa M. Nowak. It could be a stretch, but is it possible that our Dr. Lindsey Novak was infact named after a real astronaut??

but anyway, since I'm a fan of novak (hense my icon) I thought I'd share, lol.

Hey nebulan! I noticed the similarities between the names too. That would be cool if they named the character after a real astronaut! Wonder if Nowak ever gets the hicups like Novak?

On a side note, the shuttle landed today and they are all back on Earth. Hopeing to see more missions go up again soon!

OH, Bella..I"ll do it..I said I would like to do December 06..I just couldn't think of who to do...since I had thought of doing Teyla..but now, she's not a secondary character and I'd like her to stay that way....so, I'll do it...if that is okay! just give me a couple of days cause I'm quite busy and no time to do any wallies right now....

Oh, I sure hope so, cause I think she's great...she's bound to come again if Caldwell is gonna be around, but they are focusing more on him and not her...*sighs*

I really like her..oh, and I finally got some calendars so that I can make the December 2006 of Novak...Thanks for the AWESOME PICS....

for all we know, they could have transferred her to the Odyssey, so it's possible that when we see her again, it'll be in SG1. I think we will see her, in either sga or sg1

I know Ellie Harvie has a thriving career outside SG. Is this why she hasn't been in more recent eps or is it because the writers don't think Novak is needed? (in which case: TPTB, More Novak!)
