I just don't see a Borg sticking his little prongs in a replicator bug or person and it having any effect. If anything the replicator nanites would use them to do what they do best, replicate.

And as far as the anti-ascended being weapon, where they gonna figure out how to do it from?
Good point, but the Borg nanites are not solely designed to assimilate living cells. In the Voyager episode One we saw Borg nanites assimilate the Doctor's holoemitter. The Milky Way Block Replicators are made up of individual computer blocks not nanites. I agree with you that the human form Replicators probably could not be assimilated. However, given that the Borg war machine is much larger than the human form Replicator war machine the Borg would most likely win.

To answer your question the Borg would assimilate the Ori ship that had the repository that created Merlin's weapon. They would then make it and activate it.

Acts 8:39b-40a: The Spirit of the Lord suddenly took Phillip away and the official did not see him again, but went on his way rejoicing. Philip, however, appeared at Azotus (an old city in ancient Israel) and traveled about.

He is also the author of love and justice:

      Spoiler:
Romans 5:8: But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

John 14:6: Jesus (Christ) answered: I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

The Daleks for sure, not only is their fleet larger, but also more advanced. Aside from that, they have the ability to time travel as well as pretty much do anything in space. Which makes the battle over before it's even started. They could just simply go back and stop their creation.

If you are not picking The Daleks, then you haven't done your homework.

-Capable of advanced Time-Travel, from the Emergency Temporal Shift of a lone Dalek, to fighting a universal war throughout the whole of space-time.

-Capable of destroying planets with a single shot from a pre-Timewar Dalek Cruiser (Rememberance of the Daleks). Modern Dalek ships are more advanced and powerful than this.

-Capable of destroying entire areas of Space-Time with weapons such as a Time-Destructor (The Dalek's Master Plan)

-Capable of destroying ENTIRE GALAXIES in moments using Dalek weaponry (The Apocalypse Element). This is vital, as the rest of the species you have listed are bound to a lone Galaxy or two, should the Dalek's have any trouble they can, quite simply, destroy the Galaxy.

-Capable of destroying ALL LIFE IN EVERY UNIVERSE using the Reality Bomb (Journey's End)

-Capable of engineering Galactic-wide plagues (Dalek Empire) and reprogramming the human mind with incredible ease (Dalek Empire; The Dalek Invasion of Earth).

-Can teleport entire planets throughout time and space instantly (The Stolen Earth)

-Can never, ever be reasoned with. A Dalek without purpose or orders will murder any and all life forms it can find (Dalek 2005); A corrupted or emotional Dalek will self-destruct (same ep).

-Are fundementally programmed on a genetic level to murder all forms of life (Genesis of the Daleks), and have created a multi-galactic empire for the sole purpose of engineering Dalek soldiers, weapons and ships (Dalek Empire).

-Dalek units are nearly unstoppable. A lone Dalek would have murdered everyone it found on twentieth-century earth with no resistance. The Dalek had already surived impact with the planet at sufficient velocity to set fire to a crater for three days. No human weaponry can match the energy level of this. The Doctor speculates that four Daleks were capable of "blowing up the sun" (Doomsday) and the Dalek's themselves speculated that only one of them was needed to destroy THREE MILLION CYBERMEN.

They will beat each and every other enemy listed. Even ascended creatures are bound to a galaxy or two (Ori, Ancients) and are not immune to Time-Travel, Dalek Sciences or Galaxy-nuking. If Merlin could create an energy that nullified ascended beings, the Daleks could also achieve with no difficulty. If we compare the achievements of the Ancients and Ori, and compare to the Daleks, one can only conclude the Daleks are much, much smarter.

The only faction in SciFi that comes close, in terms of power-level and destructive ability, is Mantrid and his Drones from Lexx. And even then, he can't travel in time.

          Sorry, the Daleks win this.

I think one has to separate enemies/shows that use time travel or alternate reality travels and those that don't (or occasionally). In a show with no time travel, one can say that time travel is impossible in their universe, or follow the school of thought that one cannot change events when time traveling and so there is no Grandfather Paradox in their universe.

And I agree about separating between corporeal and non-corporeal as well.

Non-corporeal: Adria/Ori, Pah Wraith, and Count Iblis (BSG-TOS)

Corporeal: I don't know about it being the most powerful, but I really liked the B5 Shadows.

I could repeat all the reasons already but it's obviously THE DALEKS,

They've been around for half a century on TV and they've got their own porno... you can't get more badass than that...

Of the corporeal ones the Borg would be pretty tough, but I think the Replicators would prevail. But the MW replicators, not the ones from Pegasus that try to be Ancients and therefore make regular vulnerable ships.

Non-corporeal though, while at first I thought Adria or Anubis, I think I would have to go with the Devil/Satan. Wouldn't he technically be the most evil, powerful being from fiction in the universe?

Reavers from Firefly/Serenity - not much in the way of organization if your talking about matching them against them up against another 'evil' but you certainly don't want 2 find yourselves in an encounter with them.

We might also want to draw a distinction between the different possible meanings of 'ultimate' evil

It could mean the most powerful, the most enjoyable to watch or could mean the one with the most evil heart.

Under the first definition, I'll concede the daleks, I'm not a dr who fan, but the descriptions seem to confirm their status (it also makes me not want to watch dr who even more than I already do, if such a thing is possible). Although, they are defeated by steps...

Second definition, I'd have to say the Borg are up there - their relentless pursuit of their goal was fantastic and they just seemed unstoppable, creating brilliant suspense. (until voyager spoilt it by kicking their asses week-in-week-out, making them look easy)

Third definition, I'll have to restate my previous suggestion of niska from firefly. That man enjoyed the suffering of other more than any other fictional character I have ever seen
I don't mean to sound like a nerdy fan who talks about science-fiction like it is real, but the problem with 'clever' storylines is that they make the audience start to think, and if you put in bad science, they are more likely to notice it. It breaks the suspension of disbelief

Teletubbies- They draw you in with their cuteness and then gouge out your eyes with a spork.

I'm partial to the Stargate bad guys, as you might suspect, so I'd have to go with the Ori. They have all the knowledge of the universe and exist on a higher plane of existence so you can't kill them. (Assuming you don't have the ark of truth) On top of their power, they have that malevolent nature you want from a good evil group.

Shadows/Vorlons from Babylon 5 would give most races a hard time, but seeing as Daleks are included in this list then they would definetly win over everyone and everything...

In terms of an actual organization, the Dominion from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine are the best sci-fi bad guys. The Founders are shapeshifters who can infiltrate the enemy and the Jem' Hadar are soldiers who fight without mercy to the death.

For individual villains, Darth Vader probably had the most power thanks to the force, but the most unrelenting and devious was Scorpius (from FARSCAPE).
