There is no extended version of the Avengers.

Thor, Captain America and The Avengers are included in both the 2D and 3D blu ray, so that's 3 additional blu rays.
And the tenth contains exclusive content only available in this box, The Phase One Archives.

The Avengers Blu-ray/DVD will include a new short Item 47.
Marvel may also use these shorts to introduce new superheroes.

Yeah, I still laugh when I think about that scene. I can't wait to watch this movie again.

Watched it two times, to bad the movie was shown only in 3D, I think the overall effect is very unnecessary and distract me sometimes from the story itself.

It was only shown in 3D where you live? That would be a bummer.

I'm not a fan of 3D either, but thankfully they were also showing it in 2D each time I went to see it.

Well, looks like the sequel details have been confirmed...
And we will be seeing Antman!

                    Fascinating.

                    Spoiler:
Captain America 2 is called the Winter Solider? Does that mean Bucky survived and is going to be the main villain?

I think I'm even more interested in what will happen in the Thor sequel now though.
"First Weir, then Samantha Carter, and now, you! It's a pity you humans die or get reassigned so easily, or I might have a sense of satisfaction now!"

*You got the touch! You got the poweeeeer!*

                    "Arise, Woolseyus Prime."

                    "Elizabeth..."

Seems The Avengers has the most mistakes in a movie for 2012 so far...
Why do people sit and scrutinize every movie for mistakes...

I love nitpicking stuff. Especially the stuff I love.

Compared with some nitpicking I've read/done, 15 is actually a pretty short list.

Pretty neat we are getting a Ant Man and Gaurdians of the Universe film. I'm betting the GotU film will deal with Thanos in some way.
