[B]MICKEY: I think it's probably convenient to think of Peter's mom as Walter's saintly, put-upon partner. And that's not exactly inaccurate. But the truth is, Elizabeth Bishop has as much to do with Peter's unique fate as Walter does, so meeting her will be something of a blockbuster for Fringe fans. Also: Look for Nina Sharp to make her own maternal declaration.

'Dirty Sexy Money' actor joins 'Fringe'
Dirty Sexy Money star Seth Gabel has reportedly joined Fox's Fringe. The 28-year-old has been cast as the top Fringe case investigator in the show's alternate universe, reports Entertainment Weekly.
Gabel will appear on the sci-fi series' two-part season ender, scheduled to air on May 13 and May 20. It is said that the actor could reprise the role next season.
Fringe consulting producer Akiva Goldsman revealed that the season finale will take a more cinematic approach and mostly occur in the alternate universe.
"We're trying to do the last two episodes as a singular event, a little bit more movie-like," he said. Goldsman added: "It's really one big story. We're approaching it like a mini-feature. It'll have a singular narrative drive."
