Actually, no... The FBI falls under the Executive branch, currently being mismanaged by the LSoS. Where do you think the orders to not press charges last summer came from? Although no one has said anything officially, it's clear that that's what happened.

There have been many reports of FBI employees being rather pissed off that the decision was made not to prosecute. The people who did the legwork and actual investigating clearly think charges were in order, so why else would management decide not to press charges?

What are Hillary's wrongdoings?
I have 3 that seem to be the most prominent in Republican camps
1: Benghazi
2: Private Email server
3: Pay for play via the Clinton foundation.

What else has -she- done that does not fall into one of these three things?

its the difference between one person saying "i am gonna stomp your daughter into the mud", and another who actually DID it.. BOTH are untrustworthy, but the one who DID The deed is to me far more untrustworthy than the one who just talks it up..

And that's part of the problem. How some people seem to thing just cause OF his foul mouth he is automatically 'no longer a choice', when that's all he has.. his mouth removing him from the running.. As if that is tons worse than actually BEING corrupt as hillary is.

It's not "just his mouth", but politics, the vast majority of it, is about words and perception. For example, Via politifact, Hillary -lies- around 27% of the time, Bernie lied about 28% of the time, Trump lies about 76% of the time, Yet Hillary is a terrible liar, and Trump tells the truth??
Hillary is "Corrupt" for appearing to engage in pay to play, Trump -brags- about buying off politicians!
The office of POTUS is incredibly diplomatically sensitive, yet the guy who can't keep both feet and half his legs out of his mouth (cause they are just words) is a good choice?
