But are those rules enforced? Do the drivers have the cojones to tell someone to turn it off or get of the bus? Or meet up with a cop, and is the driver's word taken at face value by the police? (cause you know if the owner of the device sees a police cruiser meeting with the bus, he'll turn it off before the officer boards.)
Yes, rules are enforced, as I have already witnessed.
Also, no food or drinks allowed. Meaning, no coffees in styrofoam cups, or canned drinks. Bottles are fine.
Food-wise, no take away or other messy food. Cookies and small snacks are fine.
Though, there is the occasional bubblegum sticking to the back of a chair, or underneath it. And graffiti on sides (depending where you are -- city vs countryside).

The graffiti is occasionally funny, though nevertheless not something that is generally allowed. The bubblegum on the other hand -- goddess, why must you do that?

You know what, My "peers" as teens 25 years ago did the same stupid crap, but yes "todays youth" is entitled...........
