Close, sort of, it's Downton Abbey. The first season takes place from 1912-1914, the day after the Titanic sinks to the announcement of WWI to be exact. Season two takes place from 1916-1919. The pics in the sig are from the Christams Special, Christmas 1919. It's shown on ITV in the UK and PBS in the states. It's a great show. The couple are Lady Mary Crawley and Matthew Crawley, her father's heir. One set of the star-crossed lovers of the show. Julian Fellowes, who writes it, is also wrote a Titanic Miniseries due out in April.
