I did accent his eyes, but I also tinted the entire thing blue.

Btw, does anyone know how to convert PS brushes for Gimp? I found a wicked cool set that I really really REALLY want to use but they're for PS.

You shouldn't have to convert them. If they're downloaded in a ZIP file, you should just have to install them the same way you install GIMP brushes. At least, that's what I do.

I tried that but they didn't show up. Yes, I restarted Gimp. Yes, I "refreshed" my brushes and still no soap.


Also, why is it that you can't change the color of some brushes? They just stay black no matter what I try. Any ideas?

*gives computer a confused look* I've never had that problem with PS brushes.

As for the brushes, I have a couple like that. I have absolutely no idea.

I have a Supernatural brush, actually I kinda made it from a png file of the shows title, it's black but I cannot make it any other color no matter what I try.

By "make it" I mean I opened it into Gimp and then turned right around and saved it into the Gimp Brushes folder as .gbr. I learned this from this tut from GimpKnowHow over on Youtube.

Thank you yami. This is my first time playing with textures upon pictures so I'm pleased with how it turned out - kinda. It feels like it needs something but at the same time I'm at a blank as to what. LOL
