I have seen that tumblr sometimes require a login. I think it can be "cheated" by linking directly to the image and not the entire post.

that never happend to me or any of my friends before when I shared those links, despite not being logged in, but I will try that "cheating" next time Thanks fir the tip SCIMM

I haven't had a problem with Tumblr before I was asked to accept the cookie agreement too, but when I clicked 'accept' it then asked me to log in Maybe it was just a glitch.
