Besides, the bathroom issue is probably one of the most overblown issues i've seen in a while. Most bathrooms are genderless anyway, and only have a sign on them out of convention. lesser abled people have their own, gender-less bathroom. Didn't see anyone there make a fuss. And since a man with a daughter or a woman with a son pretty much inevitably has to cross the gender barrier, where's the problem in that?
The only real concern is the practical aspects of mass bathroom stalls, but i see no problem simply phasing those out. i also suspect more efficient designs for bathrooms exist than the gender-based one we have now. Wouldn't it make more sense to have needs-based toilets? I mean, i think it's weird when i pass a line in front of the women's toilets and then enter a nearly empty one.
