I am tired, cold and hungry....HOW does that happen in an office I ask you
That's me every day. It's 69 here by my heaters thermostat. Thing reads 71 sometimes and I'm still freezing.

...try working in the equivalalent of a greenhouse, during the summer for 8 hours, on your feet, scrubbing. Then you'll be BEGGING for Artic conditions.
Well, I scanned some of those pictures..the results are annoying...a lot of red and orange coloration was lost in the sunset shots...but here they are:
The single volcano way out in the distance in the sixth picture is Augustine...the one that got frisky back in january, and yes, that's me in the third one
Okay...didn't have time for this last night.....going clockwise from the upper left pic:
1st set:
a) Sunset on Chatham Straight
b) Mt. Wrangell at dawn,
c) sunset over a lake along the parks highway...that picture is one of my all-time best..just makes me sick how much color was lost during the scan,
d) sunset on Lynn Canal from the ferry M/V Aurora.
2nd set:
a) A river in the Kenai Mountains near Hope
b) thermometer at my cabin...that morning i had half an inch of ice on my bedroom wall directly above my pillow!
c) iceberg on Portage Lake...I took First place at the Kenai Peninsula fair with that picture
d) winter sunset on a swamp right by my cabin
3rd set
a) summer sunset over the Mt. McKinley, from my backyard
b) breaching Orca in Resurrection Bay
c) Me on a trip in the Kenai Fjords when I was 16
d) Autumn shot of Summit Lake in the Kenai mountains
4th set
a) Aurora
b) seward boat harbor right after a snow storm
c) Chilkat Pass at an elevation of 4,000 feet
c) Dawn on the Inside Passage
5th set
a) rainbow
b) Mt. Redoubt an active volcano which erupted in 1989, from my family's fish site at the mouth of the Kasilof River
c&d) Mt. Edgecumbe, a presently dormant volcano near Sitka
6th set
a) winter morning on the Susitna river
b) Mt. Augustine
c) dall's porpoises in Prince William Sound
d) blossom on one of my apple trees...yes I do actually grow apples
7th set
a) Morning picture of a beach along Kachemak bay
b) Suumer sunset behind Mt. Foraker (left) and Mt. Hunter (right)
c) misty autumn morning on an oxbow a few miles from my cabin
d) wild geraniums and bunchberries in the fall
Yes, I have a thing for volcanoes, sunsets and autumn...grrrr
