Mer: Chicken breast, roasted, not grilled, on a nine-grain roll, not sliced, with lettuce, mustard and mayonaise, and a side salad with mixed greens, a nice vinegrette, if you have it, if not, oil and vinegar will suffice so long as it is red wine vinegar....
