I love rickman too. I just love his character Professor Snape. also a movie that hasn't been mentioned is his role as the Metatron in Dogma. I too also liked him in dogma. Alan Rickman is sexy but he's second to Michael Shanks.

And for those who love Rickman and his humorus side: a quote from dogma not too much to spoil the movie for those who haven't seen it yet.

Metatron: I am to charge you with a holy crusade.

Oh yes...Alan Rickman is second to my Stargate characters but still...he is my #1 on my non-stargate list

Dogma is brilliant ...it's one of my son's favourite films and I agree Alan Rickman was hilarious in it!...

Also love Alan Rickman. He's done some very unusual movies. Dark Harbor and Truely, Madly, Deeply are 2 out of the norm movies that I love.
