EM/MR model based on screen-used CG model or very good reconstruction
Screen-used CG model still exists or very good reconstruction possible
Important ships whose CG models have not been seen since the shows ended or that weren't CG to begin with

EM = Eaglemoss, MR = Master Replicas, IE = Image Engine, RM = Rainmaker, AT = Atmosphere

People with access to screen-used CG models:
    - https://www.youtube.com/@Trekyardswe...query=Stargate
    - https://www.jt-graphics.com/MK_BA.html (possibly)
    - https://www.cgreactor.com/portfolio.html (official renders for EM)

    CONFIRMED
    # Name Release Species Appearances Accuracy (to the best model) ( /4) Notes
1 Daedalus 01.12.21 E SGA 4 At least two CG models with minor differences. The EM model is based on #2 (yellow markings).
2 Goa'uld Mothership (Ha'tak) 15.02.22 G SG1 4 The angular version with more and thicker dark stripes on the pyramid (IE? AT?) (overview). Predominant type in S. 3-10 and Continuum. I believe the EM model is based on a screen-used CG model, probably with modifications to the surface details.
3 Death Glider 15.05.22 G SG1, SGU 1 Several different physical and CG models in SG1 S.1-6. In S.5 and early S.6 a CG version whose wings are strongly curved downwards is seen several times. The best model (IE?) was almost consistently used since 6x11, it was used by QMX and still exists.
EM used this not very detailed fanmade model by Ed Giddings though.
4 F-302 28.07.23 E SG1, SGA, SGU 3 Two CG models (comparison). #2 (built by Jose Perez, AT?) still exists and was used by both QMX and EM. I would have preferred the geometry of #1 (IE?).
5 Prometheus 15.01.24 E SG1 3 EM seem to have used model #1 (low-detail, hyperdrive pods, IE?). #2 from 9x15 (more greebles, hangar pods, AT?) also still exists.
    1a George Hammond 01.06.24 E SGU 1x01, 1x19 3 MR model says "- 02" instead of "- 05".
    1b Odyssey 01.06.24 E SG1 4
6 Puddle Jumper An SG1, SGA 2 At least four CG models. IMO #1 (SGA S.1 hero, RM) is the only good one, it is very detailed and accurate to the S.1 physical jumper and still exists. This one (AT?) also still exists. MR used the one with the steep front (IE?), which is pretty much my least favorite one.
Destiny An SGU One CG model by Jose Perez was distributed to all VFX studios, EM have it.
Beliskner As SG1 2x06, 3x03, 3x22, 4x01, 5x22 At least 3 models: Overview. EM have the best one from 5x22 (IE?).
Wraith Dart W SGA I slightly prefer the S.1 CG model, which still exists (RM?). Another was used for S.2-5 (AT?). Comparison.
Destiny Shuttle An SGU CG model still exists, as it was shown in new renders that Joseph Mallozzi posted in 2018. EM also seem to have it.
    EARTH (E)
    X-301 SG1 4x12 (IE?)
X-302 SG1 6x01-02 (IE?) Same geometry as F-302 model #1, slight camouflage pattern. Erroneously used in some scenes of SGA 5x20.
    Apollo SG1 Ark, SGA
Midway Space Station SGA 3x11, 4x01, 4x17 (AT?)
    GOA'ULD & LUCIAN ALLIANCE (G)
Al'kesh bomber SG1 Only one CG model (?), which still exists (IE?).
Tel'tak cargo ship SG1, SGU Main CG model (IE?) still exists. There's also a version with curled wing tips (5x15, 5x17, 7x11-7x12, 8x01) (RM), and at least three less accurate models (4x14, 5x01, 5x16 during crash landing).
Lucian Alliance Mothership (Ha'tak) SGU 1x01 The most recent CG Ha'tak type, only seen in SGU. Similar to early miniatures (rounded, different pattern of dark stripes on the pyramid), but modernized.
Apophis' flagship SG1 4x14, 4x22, 5x01 There might be two different models of this ship, since the Ha'taks it appeared together with were different as well (rounded type in 4x14, angular type in 4x22, 5x01 (IE?)) - meaning those scenes were likely rendered by different studios that didn't share their assets.
    Anubis' flagship SG1 6x22, 7x01-02, 7x22, Continuum (IE?)
Pyramid ship Movie, SG1 2x05-06, 2x09, 3x01, 4x12 Miniatures in the movie, probably CGI in the show.
    Goa'uld troop transport SG1 5x15-16, 6x02, 6x22, SGU 1x01 (IE?) It seems tall and deformed in SG1 6x02.
Ra's Death Glider Movie Miniatures. Reference pictures exist.
    Needle-threader SG1 3x01
    Hassara space station SG1 5x15-16, 8x16
Apophis' Death Glider SG1 1x01 Removed from Final Cut.
    Anubis' escape ship SG1 7x02
    Osiris' archaic Tel'tak SG1 4x13
Apophis' prototype ship SG1 4x03 Never seen finished.
    ANCIENTS (An)
Atlantis SGA There are two main families of CG models: The good one was built at RM for S.1 (hole in the center, terrace-like structures between some of the piers); a lower quality one was built by Jose Perez at AT for S.2 (triangular center, simplified). An AT-type model still exists, but it doesn't have the stardrive section. A RM-type model appears in a new render posted by Joseph Mallozzi in 2018, it may or may not have the stardrive.
IMO Atlantis should ONLY be done based on (a complete version of) the RM-type model.
    Aurora-class SGA 2x09, 2x19-20, 3x01, 4x05, 4x10-11 At least a model with damage still exists.
    Seed ship SGU 2x03, 2x10-11
    Ancient cruiser SGA 4x02, 4x10
    Ortus Mallum ship Ark
    WRAITH (W)
Shuttle SGA 2x20, 3x01, 5x08, 5x10-11, 5x20 At least two CG models (different landing gear) (AT?).
Cruiser SGA Two CG models (S.1 RM?, S.2-5 AT?). The latter still exists, but I slightly prefer the former.
Hive SGA, SG1 10x03 Two CG models (RM in SGA S. 1, 2x01, 3x01-02, 4x08 (RM); AT (?) in SGA S. 2-5, SG1 10x03). I don't have a clear preference. The ship was originally supposed to be asymmetric, that version (RM) is seen during the opening credits (behind Ronon).
    Super-hive SGA 5x20 (AT?)
    ASGARD (As)
    O'Neill SG1 4x01, 5x22, 6x11-12, 8x01, 9x20 At least 3 CG models
    Daniel Jackson SG1 7x03, 8x01-02, 8x16
Pegasus Asgard ship SGA 5x10, 5x11
    REPLICATORS (R)
    Cruiser SG1 8x01-02, 8x11, 8x17

I have mixed feelings about the Eaglemoss version. I believe it is a bit small, not deeply enough textured and the painting looks a bit off. But I guess they had to make a similar size then the previous ships from the other franchises.

I hadn't been impressed while looking at those pictures on my phone, but on my PC that actually looks a lot better! That's actually tempted me into buying this.

I just ordered mine. $60 including shipping, about as much as one of the larger Star Trek models.

Is it as big as the XL Trek ones? Can't recall the dimensions.

It seems to be similar in size and price to the Star Trek Special / Discovery / Picard models. Not quite as big as an XL one.

The Eaglemoss version will presumably have been based on the digital files used for the show, though. The painting could do with some improvement (a wash to bring out the detail, at least) but I don't see how its missing anything - that printed version is heavily exaggerated with its details.

Probably I will order it anyway. I am sorry, if I sounded too negative. I am just a bit maximalist as I want the best quality-value ratio for the whole fandom.

I hope the XL version is kept for Atlantis as it would look cool to have a larger cityship next to the regular ones.

I believe Eaglemoss should consider to make the 3 gate types as well.

We don't really know how many models they could track down though. The announcement said they got in touch with "the production team" and have "the VFX models", but I doubt that they have all the models and made contact with all the VFX companies that ever worked on SG (and often didn't share their models with each other).

MGM probably don't keep a central archive of CG assets. Even CBS (Star Trek) apparently doesn't, so Eaglemoss frequently had to get them from individuals who used to work for the CG companies and took them home with them.

It's likely that Eaglemoss at least have everything this guy could get his hands on as well: Death Glider, Tel'tak, Al'kesh, F-302, Wraith Dart, Wraith Cruiser, Daedalus, Puddle Jumper, Prometheus, Atlantis (without the stardrive section).

A lot of important starship models haven't been seen at all since the shows ended: Ha'taks, Apophis' and Anubis' flagships, the Asgard ships, Destiny, Aurora class, Ori mothership, Wraith hive, Wraith super-hive...

The next model is a Ha'tak (late SG1 / Continuum version):

                        Edit: More pictures here.

Issue 3 will be the Death Glider.

Thanks for sharing the link! This Ha'tak looks so amazing and detailed. Wow. I am really impressed.

The X304 also looks much better on these closeups.

Up close the Daedalus and the Ha'tak looks genuinely good! Think I shall bite the bullet and get these. Just hope it's not "prototype pretty" on display here and they're all that good.

I believe the resolution of the tiny details look much better what you could achieve with any 3d prints at home. I hope you are right about the quality as I was always hesitating because of the price. But since I haven't had a proper holiday thanks to the pandemic, I believe I deserve this gift after so many years.

By the way the Ha'tak is one of the most unique looking scifi ship. Just the art department of S1 sacrificed the rectangle base concept from the movie for the triangle shaped design. As this ship was supposed to land on pyramids.
