wraith (todd, steve and "the condemned" wraith in particular), ronon, sheppard at times and tyre. tyre's only been in one episode, but I've always liked mark dacascos' acting.

Mine would have to be Dr Rodney McKay, followed very closely by Dr Carson Beckett.
