I know youve allready said that a super ship would be stupid but heres mine

My ship is called the SCD-306 Pegasus Super Carrier Destroyer. It’s roughly Qintupeled the length and quadrupled the width size of the currant Deddelus class ships. Given the size of the ship it can create a hard dock with two Daddelus class ships.

With the new acquirement of an Ori satellite weapon it has two turret based upgraded ori cannons, defensive rail guns, homing naqdria enhanced rotateable missile launchers, offensive and defensive particle cannons, two stationary coil canons slung under the hull of the ship, two bays of 100 special in flight foldable wing F-302s, two bays of 50 F-305 long range bombers. 10 large troop drop ships capable of moving 1 marine battalion and 5 M3A4 Gate main battle tanks and 20 upgraded Humvves. The Pegasus is equipped with a star gate from an uninhabited plant; the Gate can be rotated from the gate room in to space for the transport of F-302s. The hull of the ship is a carbon titanium and trinuium alloy composite. The sheilding consits of 5 layers, layer 1 Ha'tak sheilding, layer 2 Humman sheliding, Layer 3, Asgard sheilds, layer 4 Ori sheilds, layer 5 Acheint sheilds from the Orian. the Propulsion system is made of sub light enginges of masive scale. The power plant consits of one ZPM as the main power sorce or if un avaliable or in congunction with a number of Mark VIIII Naqdria reactors. because of its masive size it is bulit on the same world of he gamma site because of its amosphre. The plant was chosen as a military shipyard, persinal traning groung, and wepons test grond for new technolagy. Contributers inclued

The FB-305, is a jack of all trads type ship, It can hol its own against three Ha'tak class ships, capabile of VTOL, it is equiped with a wide range of modular weaponrey including rail guns, plasm turets, missiles, and partical cannons. It consits of 6 decks, from top to botom, Deck1 Armoery/ infermoery, Deck2 observasion of main storeage room, Deck3 Bridge, storage room/ringroom, Deck4 galley, Deck5 Crews quarters/recroom and restrooms, Deck6 enginering.

History: originaly slated to be put into sevirce to suplument the prometus in the battle over antartica, prodution was halted due to the recent activation of the deaddalus class ships. but with the rising threat of the Ori in the Milky Way and the Ever incresing therat of the Writh in the Pegaus Galxy, the 305 originaly the 304, will now be put into prodution as a protrol/sicurity vessal.

While the drawings are nice, AG, keep in mind we're still new at building starships. Try something less super-powerful. How about this? I would like to give you a contract to design and draw a specific type of ship for the Tau'ri. Interested?

he US Air Force has not done badly in running a space navy. Air to air combat and space-borne combat have many similarities-Combat in a three-dimensional battlespace at very high speeds, something the Air Force is very good at. Unfortunately, as seen in "Ethon", they have a tendency to think two-dimensionally, like most people on Earth. This is not to say they are incompetent by any means, but if you're fighting a starship, fight it like a jet fighter or a submarine, and not like a surface ship.

Well, whoever is flying the SG-1 ships needs to talk to the pilot of the Daedalus lol. The Daedy is consantly arching, dipping, rolling and strafing while the ships on SG-1 sorta sit there and get shot at.

The United States Navy would like a long-range, multi-role craft primarily tasked with reconaissance, electronic warfare, support, transport, and light strike missions. The craft should accommodate a maximum of six troops, a pilot, a co-pilot, and an electronic control officer. It should employ the same technology as used by the F-302 program, to get in and out of atmospheres. However, if practical the USN requests that the craft has a longer hyperspace range than the F-302. In addition, it will not require a rocket booster thanks to our new, improved anti-gravity units.

Dimensions should be thus: No longer than 40 feet, no wider wingspan than 35 feet, height of less than 15 feet. Maximum empty weight should be 36,000 lbs or less. It must be able to carry 5,000 lbs of supplies with no discernable loss in performance, with a full fuel and weapons load. The USN also requests that the craft be based upon current Earth aircraft designs to speed up production. Being Stargate capable is optional. It should be able to carry any weapon in the US/NATO arsenal up to the 5,000 lb range. Employment of stealth technology is required.

The craft's designation for the purposes of the contract will be either X-307, X-308, X-309, or X-310. You may choose any of these four designations. Good luck!

hmm just thought of this. If the enemy ship is in orbit, we could use the gate to invade their planet, then quickly set up anti-ship weapon that is small and reliable and start blasting the enemy ships. This could make the ground forces having a much more important role. What do you think?

Good idea! We've done something like that with the F-302 in "Fallen". But ground-based heavy weaponry would be easier to deploy through a Stargate than by ship. WOuld you like to design the system?

well, we can find a way to fire ancient drones and control them with further research. So what we can do is basically clear the defenders of stargate, sent the weapon through, around the size of a SAM site, then use agsard scanners located in it to fire at enemy ships. Basically with the space ship destroyed, sent the troops back, then sent in your fleet to start bombarding the enemy. This way you can win the battle without a fight, and have minimum damage to your forces.
